Subject line: Film Project on Global Warming

Dear Professor Jones,

My name is Joe Student and I am a freshman currently enrolled in Forum Seminar CXS118: Environmental Change and Sustainability for the spring 2007 semester.  We have been assigned video group projects dealing with certain aspects of the consequences of the interactions between man and nature.  Specifically, my group has chosen global warming as our area of concern.  We've done some research regarding your expertise in this area, and are now asking to do a short interview with you about this topic.  We'd like to include you in our film that we are creating for the course.

If you are interested in participating in this project, could you please let me know your availability for about 20 minutes in the next 2 weeks? We will gladly work around your available times and can send you the questions we would like to ask in the interview.
